Deanna Warren is a buttoned-up control freak of a career-obsessed attorney and she likes it like that—or so she says to Jaz Goodwin, her paralegal, who secretly signs up Deanna on a dating website. Deanna’s twin sister, Danielle, is a cake decorator (a delicious way to express her artistic side), who’s open to relationships—at least a decent one for a change. Together, Deanna and Danielle are planning a wedding—their grandparent’s wedding, the lavish kind the dear old couple couldn’t afford 50 years ago.
