DEADLY ISOLATION
An unsuspecting widow, Alexandra, has to face the consequences of a robbery committed by her late husband, Ron. When his two accomplices escape from prison they go looking for their share of the $20 million jewellery heist, which was never found.
Unsuspecting widow, Susan Mandaway (Sherilyn Fenn – Twin Peaks, Scent of Danger) is left to face the unsavoury consequences of a robbery masterminded by her late husband, Ron.
Ron and two accomplices Patrick and the Kyle (Andreas Apergis – Riders) successfully pulled off a $20 million heist, stealing the Barkley Diamonds from the San Francisco Museum of Art. Patrick and Kyle, in hiding from the police, are still desperate for their share of the jewels. With Ron dead, they figure the only way to get their cut is for one of them to get close his wife, who must know where they are hidden. Assuming the name Jeff, Patrick begins snaking his way into Susan’s life.
Susan lives a quiet life on a small island off the coast of Maine. Unaware of her husband’s double life, she has no idea who Jeff Watkins (Nicholas Lea -Vertical Limit, X Files: The Truth) really is. So, when Jeff is injured in a conveniently planned boating accident, Susan kindly invites him to stay until he recovers. Days pass and she begins to trust him, feeling happier than she has in months. Now she’s not the only one trying to find reasons for him to stay longer.
But when Kyle grows impatient for news of the diamonds and joins Jeff at Susan’s house, things take a sinister turn. Kyle, violent and psychotic, will stop at nothing to get what he wants.
Sensing danger, local cop Kirby Grantham (Marcel Jeanin – The Audrey Hepburn Story, The Sign of Four) is suspicious of the two men. He drives to Susan’s isolated house to warn her but is intercepted by Jeff. Unsuspecting and alone in the house, it is up to Susan to realise the truth in time and save herself from a deadly end.
