The battle of the sexes has never been so engaging, sexy, and spirited as when a dating service pits a down-to-earth Wyoming rancher against a chic Manhattan photographer.

All urban shutterbug Jordan Donovan (Teri Polo, Meet the Parents) wants is a gallery show and a commitment from her boyfriend Edward (Greg Evigan, Melrose Place). Either perk would give her a reason to stay in New York. Then her best friend Carla (Christine Tucci, Chicago Hope) gives her a reason to leave—by answering a singles ad using Jordan’s name. If the ruse makes Edward jealous, it’ll be worth a trip to Wyoming. The trouble is widowed mustang wrangler Tyler Ross (Andrew McCarthy, St. Elmo’s Fire) isn’t on the prowl. The ad was placed by his well-intentioned sister Laurie, who’s eager to hitch her brother to a bride. Unfortunately for Jordan and Tyler, it’s hate at first sight.

Since Tyler thinks that New York is a playground for fools, at first he can’t resist the impulse to bring the pretentious Jordan down to earth. Jordan misses her afternoon cocktails at La Cote Basque, yet she has to admit that the Wyoming landscapes are picture perfect. Just as the mismatched pair begins to find a compatible middle, Edward arrives to fetch his runaway girlfriend back to New York where she belongs. Reluctantly, Jordan packs her bags and leaves. But Tyler, who’s devoted his life to taming wild mustangs, isn’t about to let this one get away.
